I don’t have water or power outlets, can i still book?
Absolutely! Driftless Mobile Dog Spa is fully self-sufficient and doesn’t need any external hookups. If you happen to have an outlet available, we’d gladly use it to conserve battery power — but it’s completely optional!
Do I need to be home for the appointment?
No, you don’t have to be home for appointments after the first one. For future visits, we can arrange a way for me to safely get your dog from the house to my grooming van. However, I do ask that you're present for the first appointment so your dog can get acquainted with me while you're there.
Will my dog be in a kennel or with other dogs?
No! Driftless Mobile Dog Spa is kennel free and works one on one with each client.
how often should i get my dog groomed?
Short hair : 6 - 8 weeks
Double coat : 4-6 weeks
Doodles, poodles, long hair : 3 - 4 weeks
What is the loyalty program and are tips required?
Driftless Mobile Dog Spa offers a loyalty program where your fifth full grooming service is 50% off after completing four full grooms.
Tips are never required or expected, but they’re always appreciated!
